How Talented Professionals Demonstrate Their Professional Talent

You can’t hire a 21st-century workforce with a 20th-century hiring process

“We never would have considered this candidate based on his resume alone. It didn't look like he had enough experience. I’m glad that the Tryout kept us from missing out on a good team member.”

“The brightest and most talented people typically like having real-world opportunities to shine and succeed.”

How it Works

We’re pioneering a new way for employers to assess talented professionals without relying on credentials. Rather than reviewing a resume, hiring teams use Varsidee to create a job Tryout—hyper-specific to their unique hiring needs—that allows candidates to demonstrate that they can do the job.

01

The hiring manager uses Varsidee to create Tryout drills that are specific to their unique company and job opportunity.

02

Any candidate that wants to can complete the Tryout. Usually, the most interested and capable candidates are the ones who do.

03

The candidate's Tryout submission—nothing more—is sent to the hiring manager to review.

04

The hiring manager and the candidate discuss next steps using a modern communication system.

Got it, then what happens?

Varsidee helps employers get a better sense of which candidates they should be considering further. We do this by allowing candidates to demonstrate their capabilities as the first step in the process and then giving both sides a simple, modern way to communicate back and forth without anything slipping through the cracks. That's it.

Every employer has a slightly different hiring process. But with Varsidee, candidates and employers will all start at the same point: a concrete demonstration of capability.
